Group
7-minute topic rule
Enough time to clarify the method, identify the pattern, and point to the next move without turning group access into private consulting.
Forecast Operator Track
Learn modern forecasting, AI-assisted forecasting, forecast integrity, and executive communication through public proof assets, member frameworks, and working sessions grounded in real business risk.
What it is
The Forecast Operator Track is for people who build, explain, challenge, and improve forecasts in live business environments. Members learn from Stephen McDaniel through public proof builds, member office hours, accumulated operating material, and a paid community of serious practitioners.
This is not a generic course. The archive grows from proof memos, examples, templates, notes, diagrams, files, and member discussions that reflect current forecasting, AI, privacy, and executive communication practice.
Office hours
Member questions are handled in the group for up to seven minutes per topic. When a question needs company-specific diagnosis, confidential files, executive-ready deliverables, or extended help, it moves to a scoped FIP path.
Group
Enough time to clarify the method, identify the pattern, and point to the next move without turning group access into private consulting.
Private
$2,000
For deeper coaching on thinking, structure, approach, and execution. Not for executive-ready deliverables.
Company
When the issue is tied to company risk, confidential data, a board decision, diligence, or a critical forecast, it routes to a Ledger or B2B project.
Member community
The community exists for paid members: forecasters, analysts, FP&A operators, RevOps leaders, data people, consultants, and builders who want to stay sharp around modern forecasting. It is a referral surface, a learning surface, and a proximity engine for future B2B work.
Join the room
The Operator Room is the paid home behind FIP's public proof engine.
