Privacy and terms

Clear rules for a privacy-first forecasting platform.

Forecast Integrity Partners publishes free builds, paid Operator Room access, and company-specific expert forecasting work. This page explains the practical privacy rules, membership boundaries, and terms of use for the site.

Do not submit confidential company data through public forms, comments, or community posts.

Privacy-first operating standard

Protect sensitive data before you ask forecasting questions.

FIP is built around privacy-first AI-driven executive forecasting. That means sensitive company data should not be casually pasted into public tools, submitted through open web forms, or posted in a group setting.

Initial contact should describe the situation, decision, urgency, and artifact types. It should not include confidential data, private customer data, employee data, trade secrets, unreleased financials, or protected information.

Do not submit through public channels

  • Confidential forecasts or board decks
  • Customer, employee, or vendor-level data
  • Private financial results or unreleased plans
  • Credentials, API keys, tokens, or passwords
  • Regulated health, legal, payment, or identity data

What information may be collected

FIP collects only what is needed to operate the platform and respond to requests.

Information may be collected through forms, email signup, payment tools, community tools, analytics tools, and direct communication.

01Contact details

Name, email, company, role, and message details submitted through a form or email signup.

02Platform activity

Operator Room access, community participation, questions, comments, downloads, and event registration activity.

03Payment records

Plan, purchase, invoice, subscription, and payment status handled through third-party payment systems.

04Site analytics

Traffic, page views, referrals, device information, and similar usage data used to improve the site.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver access, support members, improve the platform, and evaluate fit for company work.

FIP may use submitted information to send Build Packs, deliver Operator Room access, provide coaching and Q&A, respond to inquiries, process payments, improve content, and determine whether a Ledger or implementation project is appropriate.

FIP does not sell user conversations, member questions, or submitted contact information to advertisers.

Primary uses

  • Deliver free Build Packs and email updates
  • Provide Operator Room, member community, and coaching access
  • Respond to contact and implementation inquiries
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, and payments
  • Improve content, search, transcripts, and library structure

Membership boundaries

What membership includes, and what it does not include.

FIP is transparent about free access, Community, Forecasting Operator Room, and company-specific expert work.

Community and coaching rules

Group access works only if confidential company work stays out of public or shared channels.

Members may ask general questions about methods, tools, workflows, model choices, privacy-first patterns, presentation, and governance. Members should not post confidential company data or ask FIP to solve a private company forecast inside the community.

Questions may be answered live, summarized, indexed, recorded, and added to the library. By submitting a question in a group setting, members should assume the question may become part of the learning archive unless a different private process is agreed.

Fair game for group Q&A

  • General modeling and package questions
  • Workflow, privacy, and development setup
  • Executive presentation patterns
  • Forecast governance and monitoring concepts
  • Redacted or synthetic examples when appropriate

Member materials and intellectual property

Use the materials for learning and internal practice, not resale.

FIP member materials, videos, transcripts, slides, workbooks, notebooks, solution files, diagrams, examples, and templates are owned by Forecast Integrity Partners unless otherwise stated.

Paid members may use materials for their own learning and internal work. They may not resell, republish, redistribute, scrape, clone, train competing products from, or package FIP materials as their own offering without written permission.

Not allowed without permission

  • Reselling FIP member files
  • Reposting paid videos or transcripts publicly
  • Sharing login access outside the paid account or team
  • Using FIP assets to create a competing product library
  • Removing attribution from templates or examples

AI, transcripts, and translation

AI-assisted assets improve scale, but English source materials remain the reference point.

FIP may use AI-assisted tools for transcripts, summaries, captions, translations, search indexing, workbook preparation, and production workflows. These assets are intended to improve access and usability.

AI-assisted transcripts and translations may contain errors. Where precision matters, use the English source material and ask for clarification.

Production assets may include

  • Video transcripts and captions
  • Searchable summaries and chapters
  • Translated titles, descriptions, and support text
  • AI-assisted workbook and note cleanup
  • Indexed topic and tag extraction

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Commercial terms should be clear before purchase or project start.

Specific pricing, billing intervals, renewals, cancellation windows, deposit requirements, deliverables, and refund rules are stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or statement of work.

Membership

Operator Room, office hours, community

Membership access is billed according to the selected plan. Access may end when the subscription ends or payment fails.

Enterprise

Ledger and implementation

Company-specific work is governed by the accepted proposal, invoice, statement of work, deposit terms, and project scope.

Forecasting decisions

FIP improves judgment. It does not replace management responsibility.

Forecasting work, member content, coaching, and implementation support are designed to improve decision quality, model discipline, privacy practices, and executive communication. Company leaders remain responsible for their own decisions, forecasts, budgets, investments, staffing plans, valuations, and operating actions.

FIP does not provide legal, tax, audit, investment, accounting, medical, or regulatory advice unless a specific written agreement says otherwise and the work is appropriately scoped with qualified professionals.

Forecast integrity means better decision support

  • Clearer assumptions
  • Better evidence and testing
  • Stronger privacy boundaries
  • More defensible executive outputs
  • Sharper escalation when risk is high

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the platform grows.

FIP may update this page as the member archive, community, coaching, translations, payment systems, and enterprise services evolve. Continued use of the site or paid products after an update means the updated terms apply going forward.

For questions about privacy, member access, enterprise terms, or company-specific work, contact FIP before submitting sensitive materials.

Before sending sensitive material

  • Use the contact page first
  • Describe the issue without confidential data
  • Ask what process is appropriate
  • Wait for a scoped agreement before sending artifacts

Questions before joining or sending materials?

Ask first. Do not guess with confidential forecast data.

Use the contact page to ask about member access, community boundaries, Build Packs, or company-specific forecasting work.
